Bringing the call to prayer back into your home

Muadhin is a digital adhan clock, designed for Muslim families in the Netherlands and Belgium. It automatically shows the correct prayer times, plays the adhan on time and gives you a new hadith every day. With Muadhin 2.0 you can also watch Makkah and Madinah live. This gives prayer a fixed place in the home again, for young and old.

The concept

The adhan clock, finally up to date

The idea for Muadhin came about when we noticed that almost every device in the home had received a digital upgrade, except the adhan clock. Although it plays an important role in our faith, it stayed the same for years: showing prayer times and playing the adhan, nothing more.

That is why we developed Muadhin. A sleek screen with 18 adhan voices, the Quran to read along with, Makkah and Madinah live, duas and ruqyah, a dhikr counter, the janazah prayers in the Netherlands, a daily hadith and Bluetooth to let the adhan sound throughout the whole house. And with free updates like Muadhin 2.0, your clock keeps getting better.

The Prophet ﷺ was asked which deed is most beloved to Allah. He said: “Prayer at its proper time.”«الصلاة على وقتها»Narrated by Bukhari (527) and Muslim (85)

What we stand for

For families, children and busy working days

In the Netherlands and Belgium you don't hear the adhan in the street. Muadhin helps families, children and working people keep prayer in sight, even when life gets busy.

For the whole family

Everyone at home hears the adhan, without needing a phone. A hadith every day to learn from together.

Easy to use

Plug it in, choose your Wi‑Fi, done. The prayer times are automatically correct for your location, and you can match them to your mosque. New features come free with an update.
