An adhan clock for the whole family
How do you keep prayer alive in a busy household? The Muadhin adhan clock, also called an azan clock or adhaan clock, helps you do just that. This digital prayer clock automatically shows the correct prayer times for your city, with the iqama time below each prayer, and plays the adhan right on time. That makes it not just a tool for prayer times, but also a way to involve your family in the faith every day.
Learning and listening together
With the Hadith of the day, you and your children read a new piece of wisdom from the Prophet ﷺ every day, with its source. The clear screen with changing Islamic backgrounds draws attention and keeps Islam at the centre of the living room.
Quran to read along and your own muadhin
Looking for calm at home? Put on a surah and read along with the Arabic text and a translation. The recitation keeps playing while you use the screen, with controls on the home screen. You choose which of the 18 muadhins calls your family to prayer, including muadhins from Makkah and Madinah. Duas and ruqyah are included too.
Makkah and Madinah live in your living room
Watch live from Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, in full screen. You can also see which janazah prayers are scheduled in the Netherlands, count your dhikr with the tasbih counter, and during Ramadan the clock automatically shows the countdown to iftar and suhoor.
The Muadhin is the modern Islamic prayer clock for every Muslim family.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to set the prayer times myself?
No. The clock automatically fetches the correct prayer times for your city via Wi‑Fi, including iqama times. You can choose the calculation method yourself if you like.
Can I match the times to my mosque?
Yes. Tick ‘Set up for my mosque, free of charge’ when you order, and we will set the prayer and iqama times to your mosque before shipping. Later you can also shift each prayer time by a few minutes yourself, and adjust the Islamic date by a day if needed.
Does the clock work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. The clock stores the prayer times a month in advance, so the adhan still sounds if the Wi‑Fi drops for a while. The live streams and updates require internet.
How does night mode work?
With one tap on the moon icon, the screen goes black while the adhan or the Quran simply keeps playing. You can also let night mode switch on automatically. At the adhan, the screen briefly lights up.
Can I also play the Quran?
Yes. You can listen to every surah by 6 well-known reciters and read along with the Arabic text and a translation. The recitation keeps playing while you use the screen, with controls on the home screen.
Can I watch Makkah and Madinah live?
Yes. Under ‘Live’ you can watch live from Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, full screen. This requires Wi‑Fi.
What is the janazah feature?
You can see which janazah prayers are scheduled in the Netherlands, with the mosque, address and burial. Janazahs in your own city are shown at the top. Anyone can submit a janazah via our website.
What does the clock do during Ramadan?
During Ramadan, the home screen automatically shows the countdown to iftar and suhoor, with imsak, taraweeh and the day of Ramadan. On the morning of Eid, a festive Eid Mubarak screen appears.
Can I change the background and hadith myself?
A new background and hadith, with its source, appear automatically every day. Use ‘Other background’ to change the photo, and tap the hadith to show a different one.
Does the clock also show the Islamic date?
Yes, the clock shows both the Islamic (Hijri) and the Western date. If the Islamic date differs from your mosque, you can adjust it in the settings.
Which colours is the clock available in?
In white and black, 8 inch. 10-inch models will follow later.
